Your Capitol Lakes Foundation knows that recruiting and retaining great staff is directly analogous to protecting the quality of life for our residents.

 

At a time when Continuing Care Retirement Communities around Wisconsin and around the country are struggling to find and keep great people, we are committed to investing in tangible programs that continue to make Capitol Lakes a place where people want to work.

With your help, we are able to fund:

• Tuition Assistance for our student workers

• Student Loan Repayment for qualifying staff who are no longer in school, but still carry the burden of student debt

• Professional Development Scholarships for those who want to increase their knowledge and skills in service to our community

• Financial Assistance in Times of Hardship to prevent a small financial shortfall on the part of our staff from ballooning into a huge financial crisis
