Capitol Lakes’ residents are incredibly generous. In the spirit of their philanthropy, your Capitol Lakes Foundation is committed to reaching out as good neighbors to our larger community as leaders and advocates on issues related to aging.
With your help, we are currently focused on combatting the labor shortage faced by Continuing Care Retirement Communities around Wisconsin and around the country. This is a crisis that is likely only going to grow in the next ten years and beyond. We are committed to partnerships that allow us to engage young people in the many rewarding careers benefiting a geriatric population.
